You can submit the following file formats:

Yes. Using our file upload service, you can upload files up to 50 MB.
For files larger than 50 MB, send us a request so we can provide you with a cloud storage secure link, via Google Drive. Once you receive our secure link, you can then upload the photos there.
Our standard “cleaning time” time is 48 hours after the photos are received, final instructions are provided, and payment has been received.
For large orders (more than 50 photos), time could take up to 3-5 days.
Standard “cleaning times” do not take into account the following factors:
- Reworks;
- Extra revisions requested by clients;
- Level of difficulty of cleanups to be performed;
- Files that are corrupted;
Please notice, during holidays and/or scheduled site maintenance, turnarounds will be impacted. If this is the case, you will be notified during your request for a quote for our services.
Absolutely, 100% guaranteed. Our storage database is fully encrypted and secure.
OUR COMMITMENT: Your photos won’t be shared with anybody other than you, as the owner.
That will never be the case. You are the owner of all the files submitted for our cleanup services. You have nothing to worry about.
In the unforeseen event one of our Artists has not retouched a photo as per the detailed instructions originally received, we will be glad to make the proper corrections without any extra charge.
Unfortunately no. Our artists need to rest.
Yes, but a surcharge service fee will be added to the base rate. The final price per file requested in PSD (with layers) will be twice the original standard service price.
After we receive your request for quote, photos, and requirements, we will send you a formal Estimate. If everything is in accordance with your expectations, you will approve the estimate, and we will then send you an invoice so you can pay via the Credit Card of your preference.
Yes, we are a small company proudly established in Houston, TX.
The simple answer is yes. Texas sales tax will be added to the total amount.
